Simple process...

• First, contact us to verify that we have a spot available for you. Either send an email to bkulon@hotmail.com or call at 330-635-7557 and leave a message. State your name, email address, and phone number, what workshop you are inquiring about, morning or afternoon preference, and indicate how many people you want to register.

• We will confirm availability or put you on a waiting list.

• Once you know we have room for you, immediately fill out the form on the last page of the appropriate downloadable PDF brochure (each individual person must fill it out their own), and send in the deposit via check or money order to the address indicated.

• Within 30-days prior to the workshop, send in a check or money order for your balance due.
